This well-maintained, fully-equipped cottage for rent is located along Lake Huron, near Kincardine. It has been recently fully renovated with new flooring, paint, appliances, and exterior finishes.
Situated on a spacious one-acre property with full sun and mottled shade, this very private retreat features a three-bedroom 1,700 square foot cottage with a very large deck and front and back lawns. One of the most beautiful and extensive sand beaches in the area is accessible by wooden stairs approximately 350 feet from the property. The gradual walkout allows all ages to enter the water safely.
It is located just five kilometers north of the charming town of Kincardine with its full shopping conveniences, restaurants, theatre festival, and other attractions.
There are four bedrooms, including large master bedroom with double bed and sliding glass door to deck, a second bedroom with double bed, and third and fourth bedrooms with single beds. Blankets and pillows are supplied, but renters must bring linens and towels. There is a great family room with an extra large sectional sofa, board games, stereo, and TV/DVD (no cable).
The sliding door from family room goes out to the 600 sq. ft. deck
with a barbeque, and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully
equipped including
a microwave and small appliances. The separate dining room comfortably
seats six. There is a four-piece and a two-piece bathroom. Telephone is
available for local calls or long distance with a calling card.
Occupants must supply bed linens, towels, and bathroom supplies.
Waterfront: Two-minute walk to
secluded sandy beach on Lake Huron. Sandy beach with shallow entry
to water.
