This Viceroy “Swiss Chalet” has a wrap around deck that overlooks a point lot on beautiful Little Kennisis Lake with 200 feet of lakefront. It boasts a combination of rock and sand frontage with both deep and shallow water access plus a large deck and dock combination. Surrounded by the Haliburton Forest, there are a variety of activities and bike trails to enjoy. Nearby are the Wolf Centre, golf courses and a marina for supplies.

No smoking, one pet.

Waterfront:  Sandy beach with shallow entry.
