A newly renovated, breath taking cottage overlooking scenic Twelve Mile Lake. This cottage has an oversized, well equipped pine kitchen, which includes a built in dishwasher. The cottage also features a dining room with superb view of the lake, a large screened porch, and two cozy living rooms, both with warming wood fire places and electric heating. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level and an additional two bedrooms and a bathroom in the walk-out ground floor. A large deck surrounds the cottage and another sits at the edge of the water, attached to the dock. There is a sandy beach fronting the lake with a boat, canoe, and paddle boat. There are acres of forests and remote beaver ponds backing on the property. Excellent for extended excursions of snowshoeing, snowmobiling, skiing and ice fishing during the winter season.
