This three bedroom plus bunkie, pan abode, log home is on the most prestigious part of Lake Manitouwabing. It is nestled in the woods on a point of land overlooking spectacular South and West views of the lake. There is 169 feet of waterfront and two docks, on deep, clear water. The cottage is now 1700 square feet and has a Muskoka room, great room with dining and living area, expanded kitchen with island, den and two bathrooms (one is a master ensuite).
Enjoy the great swimming and fishing, or boat to the exclusive Relais and Chateau Inn at Manitou for dining, golf or tennis. You may also boat to the new restaurant/bar/ice cream parlour at the south end of the lake.
The cottage is picture-perfect with a deck to watch the sunsets. It has all wood interior, hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and all amenities.
It is only a two and a quarter hour drive from Toronto, fifteen minutes from Parry Sound, and five minutes from McKellar.

Skiing: Cross country on property. 15 minutes from a cross country ski club.
