This four-season, three-bedroom, quality cottage is located on Ahmic Lake, Magnetawan, approximately 40km north of Huntsville. The three bedrooms sleep six with additional sleeping for four if the Muskoka summer room is utilized. It comes fully-furnished with all the trimmings, including satellite TV, patio furnishings and a Weber barbeque. There is a large waterfront deck, paddleboat and canoe. A motor boat is optional at $200 per week.

Waterfront:  Shallow, natural, soft bottom.

Skiing:  40 minutes to Huntsville.

Availability:  Year-round.
