This four-season, four-bedroom resort quality cottage (all the trimmings) is only minutes by boat or car to the village of Magnetawan, approximately 40 kilometres north of Huntsville. The property sleeps 10 comfortably (14 if pull-out and bunkie are utilized) and comes fully-equipped with satellite television on the main level and a second, lower level television for DVD viewing, together with pool table, dart board and cards table.
Other features include a large deck off the kitchen and a newly constructed 500 square foot waterfront deck, horseshoe and fire pits, and a waterside bunkie. Enjoy the sun all day, barbeque on a Weber, sit by the fire, boat, swim and fish (good pickerel fishing). A paddleboat and canoe are included. A motorized fishing boat is optional at $200 per week plus gas. Please bring your own bedding and linens.
Waterfront: Shallow, natural, soft bottom.
Skiing: 40 minutes to Huntsville.

Family & Friend Time Share Plan - Get together with a group (or not) to take advantage of ownership privileges for 12 weeks at $1,000 per week. Three consecutive summer weeks, with the remaining weeks spread out over the Spring, Summer and Winter months. This is an all-inclusive plan, which includes all of the above plus bedding, fishing boat, firewood and private on-site storage. |
