There is an updated bathroom with shower and new tub enclosure. Enjoy a hot tub overlooking the lake and perfect for stargazing.

At Sunset Cove, you will find charm and character with modern updates in the cozy, winterized cottage. This private treed setting is located on a quiet, dead-end road, across the road from fields. There are hardwood floors in the living/dining room with tasteful decor throughout and newer broadloom in the bedrooms. There is a walkout to a covered deck overlooking the lake to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.  The bright kitchen features oak cupboards and a breakfast nook and walkout to a sunny patio for morning coffee. You will find plenty of decks and sunny spots; or relax under the shade trees and listen to the birds. Travel ten minutes to Peterborough shops and entertainment. Located on the Trent Severn system (the Kawarthas) just one and a half hours from Toronto and close to marinas for boat rentals.

Waterfront:  100 feet of western shoreline on Chemong Lake with a deck and long dock.

Skiing:  20 minutes to Devil's Elbow, Bethany.
