In the four bedrooms, you will find one king, one queen, one double, and a bunk bed. There is filtered well water throughout cottage. Cathedral wood ceiling and floor to ceiling windows in great room, sky-lights throughout, numerous sliding door walk-outs, large deck, automatic lights outside, piano, exercise room, linens provided (towels and bedding), heat lamp in main floor bath. In the downstairs bedroom, you will find a small refrigerator and a sink. Cleaning service is included.

This cottage in the Kawarthas is situated on a three acre lot. There is a barbeque, phone jack and shower hose at the lake. You will find that the cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated.

Waterfront:  50 feet from the edge of the water. It has 300 feet of shoreline with a sandy beach and flat grassy area.

Skiing:  45 minutes from Sir Sam's Ski Resort.
