Appliances and furnishings:  kitchen complete will all appliances, 20-inch television with satellite reception, VCR hook-up, washer and dryer in laundry area, bed linens and pillows, propane barbeque, central air, electric heat, propane fireplace.

This is a very unique cottage property in that it is very quiet, serene and peaceful. Ideal for small group retreats. Located on a private lake, surrounded by forest. Only 20 steps to private dock on the water. The water is deep off of dock and is usually safe for swimming.

Beach areas are available in beautiful Bayfield along with shopping, dining and other entertainment. There is a large deck overlooking the lake, and a Chimenea for those night-time get-togethers around the fire. There is a canoe available for weekly rental on the lake and catch and release fishing is allowed on the lake. Lots of areas on the lake for fly fishing enthusiasts.

This is a natural experience with the luxuries of home.

Waterfront:  Private 35-acre lake, or five minutes to Lake Huron.

Availability:  Last weekend in April to mid-November.
