Number of bathrooms: 1 (three-piece with tub/shower combination)
Appliances and furnishings: fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Two futons in the living area, television, VCR, CD player, blankets, pillows, propane wall furnace, propane BBQ, fire pit.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom has a C-bunk (double bottom, single top).
No smoking in the cottage. Linens and towels are not supplied. Renters are responsible to leave the cottage clean at the end of the rental period.
Points of interest in Turkey Point include several restaurants and bars within walking distance, a golf course, children's playground, large marina, arcade, sea-doo rentals, horseback riding, provincial park, and conservation areas. The closest hospital is in Simcoe (approx. 30 kms).

Waterfront: Lakefront with boat channel at rear (must pay marina for use of slips, contact owner for details).
Availability: April to October.
