Appliances and furnishings: fully-furnished, refrigerator, stove, microwave, all kitchenware needed, washer/dryer, television, VCR, DVD player, stereo, linens, pillows, towels, barbeque, and lawn furniture.
This is a very peaceful spot on quiet serviced road with open plan living area and fieldstone fireplace. It has a large waterside deck and a boathouse as well as a well maintained garden and lawns. It is very close to shopping, theatre, markets and outdoor activities such as skiing, golfing, riding, biking and hiking on local trail system.
No pets or smoking please.
Waterfront: 150 feet of private waterfront on a point with two points of access. Lake has sandy bottom, with access by lakeside deck with five low steps to the water.
Skiing: 15 minutes to three alpine and three nordic resorts.
