This cottage/house is situated in a quiet setting and has a lawn with both sunny and shady areas. It has a southern exposure with a private, sunny dock. It is only 1¼ hours from Toronto.
Waterfront: Rocky shore with shallow entry on Shanty Bay.
Availability: For skiers during March Break. July and August (minimum one-month rental).
