This executive retreat is located on 2.2 very private acres at the end of a long drive beyond wrought iron gates. The 4000-square-foot cottage was completed in 2000. The cottage has six bedrooms, each with a walk-out to the yard, balcony, or deck. There are four marble bathrooms plus one powder room.
The cottage was decorated by an interior designer and only the finest finishes and materials were used. The soaring living room has 30-foot ceilings and a limestone fireplace. Also in the cottage you will find a dining room and a family room with a built-in bar. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counters.
There is a large outside deck for entertaining and two balconies. The property also features a three-car coach house garage. The large dock accommodates multiple boats of up to 45'.
Waterfront: More than 200 feet of lakefront on Little Lake/Gloucester Pool. No beach, but shallow lakeshore. Swim off large dock.
