Breakwall waterfront is great for kids, very shallow with several sand bars. Neighbours nearby. Large front and rear decks for entertaining family and guests.

Waterfront:  West-facing waterfront property on S-E Lake Simcoe between Beaverton and Duclos Point.

Availability:  May 15 to September inclusive, by the week or month only.

Check-in:  Friday AM.
