Appliances and furnishings: stove, microwave, dishwasher, new Sony 32" flat screen, satellite, VCR, canoe, paddleboat, and excellent barbeque with rotisserie.
Relaxstation is a three-bedroom cottage located at the very end of Lake Vernon, in a quiet bay with no cottages on the other side. The inside of the cottage just recently got new tile, new hardwood floors, new ceilings, and new tongue and groove walls upstairs and downstairs. There is a play area inside the cottage with toys and Nickelodeon on the satellite.
New landscaping around the cottage includes new lighting, a fire pit, and a shed at the waterfront. The shed has interior and exterior lights. The beach and dock are blanketed by the sun from 11:00 AM to sundown. There is a new 12' x 37' deck and a new 10' x 40' dock. Other new features are stairs to the waterfront, ballasts all the way around the deck, refrigerator, hardwood floors, double hammock, and two hammock hanging chairs.
The laneway comes close to the cottage. Minutes by car or boat to marina and 15 minutes from the town of Huntsville.
Waterfront: Sandy beach with shallow entry on Lake Vernon.
Availability: June, July, last three weeks of August, and September.
