Great fishing on government dock, next to the cottage. The lot has southern exposure. Bathroom is a three-piece (shower only, no tub). One cat or dog allowed upon approval.
Waterfront: Two-minute walk to sandy beach with shallow entry shared by local cottagers only, plus 44 feet of shoreline with cottage as well.
