Easy access from Toronto, 1½-hour drive, just north of Peterborough. Road accessible. Located on the famous Trent Severn Waterway system. Abundance of birds, wildlife, and fishing. Provincial parks, horseback riding, golf courses, art galleries, nature trails, and canoe/kayak routes are nearby.
