This is a well maintained and tastefully decorated, large, nicely landscaped property. The neighbour is a caretaker. There is lighting outdoors and on the beach. A supermarket is 10 minutes away, as are a beer store and LCBO. A video of this property is available for viewing from the owner.
1.5 hours from the 401/400 interchange in Toronto.
