Chalet built to R2000 standards for warmth and comfort. Boat can be docked to deck 10' from double French doors leading into dining/living area. Excellent dive site within sight of Chalet. 45 minutes from Ottawa, 25 minutes from Brockville, 10 minutes from 401 hwy and international bridge. No pets or smoking in Chalet.

Waterfront:  Chalet floats on the St. Lawrence in 12 feet of water. Water entrance is off the deck, and the municipal park and beach is across the canal.

Skiing:  1.5 hours from Fortune and 3 hours from Whiteface and Tupper.
