This charming, rustic and older four-bedroom cottage faces southwest (sunsets) is located on beautiful Lake of Bays' prestigious Green Point (Port Cunnington Peninsula near Dwight), close to Algonquin Park and Hidden Valley/Huntsville. A marina/boat launch is near-by.
Enjoy summer activities such as swimming and badminton on-site or winter downhill skiing, hiking, and snowmobiling nearby. The town of Huntsville has all the amenities including a good hospital, many amazing golf courses, great restaurants for dining and numerous places to shop. For the children they can enjoy the tubing (winter and summer) at the recreational park in Huntsville or Santa's Village. Cross-country trails are nearby in Algonquin Park or Arrowhead Provincial Park.
This seasonal home is also available for the fall Cavalcade of Colour, Christmas/New Years and the ski season with snowmobile trails nearby. On the snowy days enjoy a cup of hot chocolate in front of the stone fireplace. To keep you comfy in the winter a new propane furnace, fireplace and barbeque, along with a wood stove and all the goodies are included. Pets are welcome. No smoking please.
