This open-concept, combined living/dining/family room cottage accommodates up to eleven adults very comfortably in the summer (guest house) and eight in the winter. The rental also comes with the use of a canoe and life jackets. There are two docks. The first one is approximately 30 feet long, (has ladder for best water access) with the water off the dock four feet deep. The second dock is about 12 feet long.
A very warm interior consisting of an open concept design, cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, fabulous view of the lake through floor-to-ceiling windows and 5 sliding patio doors which lead directly to a huge 50’ by 10’ deck with a built in Beachcombers whirlpool (accommodates 9 adults), providing plenty of room for relaxation and even some barbecuing (BBQ is directly connected to the main propane tank).
This beautiful executive home is nestled among the trees on a prime piece of property on Sparrow Lake and is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The waterfront has a sandy bottom and shallow entry from the shoreline, while the large dock provides for deeper access. The view is southwest, capturing the magnificent Muskoka sunsets.
Parking is fit for four vehicles. The cottage is heated using a central propane furnace. Child and guests are allowed. No smoking and no pets.
Location - Easily accessed (just 10 km. west of HWY 11, south of Gravenhurst) and its proximity to Toronto (about 90 minutes) makes it a perfect executive retreat, couples get-together, or family vacation.

| $2,700 / week during high season (June
22 to September 7 and December 22 to January 5). $2,100 / week during low season (January 6 to June 21 and September 6 to December 21). $500 security deposit cheque required with all bookings. This cheque is to be dated the first day of your stay at the cottage and will be returned to you within 15 days of your stay (40 days if there is a telephone), providing there have been no long distance telephone charges, additional cleaning required or damage to the cottage or the equipment supplied, and the key has been returned to the owner. Any additional repairs/cleaning are your responsibility and will be deducted from the deposit. |
