Enjoy beautiful sunset views of Lake Simcoe from the spacious sunroom of this desirable cottage situated just 45 to 60 minutes drive from downtown Toronto. Roast marshmallows over your lakeside bonfire and sip hot cocoa under the northern stars.

Excellent year-round fishing (ice-fishing capital of Canada), great windsurfing in the fall months, marina with all water sport rentals within walking distance, several premier golf courses nearby.

The famous Briars resort is less than five minutes away and offers fine-dining and other amenities. All in all, a great vacation cottage in a great location.
