This home is great spot for both summer and winter use.  Looking out over sandy Wasaga beach, you can enjoy an endless view of Georgian Bay.  Stroll down the beach or swim in the beautiful waters, there is always lots to do.

The first floor of the cottage has a 40 x 20 great room with a modern kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a walk-out 40 foot deck which overlooks the lake. The upper level has two bedrooms, while the main level has the master bedroom. The cottage is also located near some great golfing. No smoking and no pets.

This year-round home with 69 feet of beachfront, is available for private sale for $799,000.
