Brand new spacious cottage sleeps six to eight. The main floor master bedroom has a private balcony facing the river and a four-piece ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs each with a single up, double down bunk bed. A four-piece bathroom is located upstairs. There is a bright eat-in kitchen with a balcony, and a large living room with cathedral ceiling, both facing the river. The cottage has forced-air gas heating and central air conditioning.
Waterfront family dining is only a two-minute walk away. A free boat launch is only one minute away and boat slips are available on-site. Great fishing for perch and bass in the river, or a one-minute boat ride to Lake Simcoe. Excellent ice fishing in the winter with hut rentals and licenses available only two minutes away.
Five local golf courses, antique shops, Jackson's Point shops, and Sibbald Point Provincial Park are all close by.
Located only 45 minutes north of Oshawa, or one hour north of Toronto. Casino Rama is only 40 minutes away, and 45 minutes to Canada's Wonderland.
Waterfront: Two-minute walk brings you to a private sandy beach which is available for your use at no cost.
