Appliances and furnishings:  fully equipped kitchen, television, VCR, telephone, bed linens, pillows and blankets provided, cleaning supplies and toilet paper provided, canoe with paddles, two adult life jackets, propane barbeque, lots of Muskoka chairs for relaxing in the screened-in Muskoka room overlooking the river or by the water, airtight wood stove with glass door, outdoor fire pit. No smoking please.

Located 10 km from Algonquin Park - this cottage is a paddler's paradise. Beautiful serene setting for this cozy and quaint two-bedroom cottage. Very quiet and private with crown land across the river and on one side of the cottage. The Oxtongue River provides full boat access to Oxtongue Lake for great fishing and boating, access to two restaurants and a famous Outfitter's store. Canoe or Kayak to Ragged Falls, one of the biggest waterfalls in the area or into Algonquin Park. Thousands of acres of crown land to hike with good trails. Public boat launch is available at Oxtongue Lake. Western exposure.

Canoe/kayak access to Algonquin Park with portages. The cottage is accessed by a year-round road.

Waterfront:  On the Oxtongue River with full boat access to Oxtongue Lake.
