Appliances and furnishings: fully furnished with full kitchen appliances, pots and pans, utensils, television with excellent reception, hot and cold running water with washroom, rowboat, shared paddleboat, gas barbeque and spacious deck overlooking Faraday Trout Lake.
The three-bedroom cottage overlooks Faraday Trout Lake. This cottage has three spacious bedrooms one of which contains a queen size bed. The second features two single beds and the third has a double bed. There is also a single bed in the large L-shaped living room. The family-sized kitchen is complete with all modern appliances and has a dining room table large enough to seat 7 people comfortably. Off the living room is a side door leading to a roomy deck which is ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation under the sun. The small sandy beach on the waterfront is ideal for families with small children.
The three cottages are located on 1300 feet of private lakefront property on Faraday Lake, located 4.9 miles from the town of Bancroft. The shoreline is composed of sandy beach and rocky, picturesque areas. The owners are very particular about keeping both the interior and exterior areas safe and updated for all ages. Each cottage is completely private with natural woodland surrounding each one.
