Appliances and furnishings: fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, percolator, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, television, and VCR, DVD player, phone, one double bed, one twin bed and one bed that converts from single to double, a single bed in the third very small bedroom and two makeshift beds in the bunkie (all with mattress covers, blankets and pillows), propane barbeque, picnic table with umbrella, large wooden swing set, wired bunkie with makeshift single beds, and a fire pit out back.
Lovely three-bedroom cottage with view of water and fabulous sunsets. Brand new bathroom with soaker tub built in 2007. New high efficiency windows throughout. There are large decks at the front and back. The cottage sits on half an acre in a quiet location across from a gorgeous, clean, white sand beach. The beach is very private, since the area is largely populated by year-round residents and the nearest public parking is quite a way down the road.
The cottage is located 10 minutes from Elmvale, which has all amenities. Wasaga Beach and Midland are both a 15-minute drive by car.
Waterfront: Directly across the road from water and beach access path.
Availability: May to October.
Check-in: Saturday at 2:00 PM.
Check-out: Saturday at 11:00 AM.
