Appliances and furnishings: Both cottages are fully furnished and have stoves, fridges, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, toaster ovens, wood stove, electric heat, barbeques, satellite, televisions, DVD players, picnic tables, deck and furniture, pillows and blankets, and washer and dryer. Please bring your own towels, sheets, pillow cases and drinking water.
Rent one or both. Highway #118 - 15 km east of Highway #11. 20 km to Bracebridge.
The main cottage is 1400 square feet with five bedrooms. It contains one queen-size bed, one double, two singles and two sets of bunk beds, to sleep a total of 10. There is one four-piece bathroom and one two-piece.
The small cottage is 750 square feet with three bedrooms. It contains three double beds to sleep a total of six.
With a south-western exposure, there is shallow and deep water, two docks, a sandy beach, fishing, a row boat, pedal boat and canoe, boat launching nearby, great swimming and hiking. It is close to good dining and historical downtown shopping.
Area activities include Santa's Village, golf, horseback riding, boat rentals, casino, movie theatres, shopping, public beaches, restaurants, video rentals, scenic commercial boat cruises on Muskoka Lakes, provincial parks, bird watching, and library.
Waterfront: Sandy beach with shallow and deep water on Prospect Lake.
Availability: May through November.
Check-in: Saturday at 3:00 PM.
Check-out: 10:30 AM the
following Saturday.

| Rent Both Cottages: $2,650 per week during July and August. $1,500 per week during off-season. $1,500 per weekend during Victoria Day, Labour Day or Thanksgiving. $1,000 per weekend during June, September, and October Main Cottage Only: $1,100 per week during off-season. $1,300 per long weekend during Victoria Day, Labour Day or Thanksgiving. $900 per weekend during May, June, September, and October. 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance and $500 security deposit due four weeks prior to occupancy. |
