Appliances and furnishings:  Fully equipped cottage including washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, television, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, barbeque, and central air conditioning. The bathroom has a four-piece bath with a Jacuzzi tub.

Due to its privacy, this cottage is the perfect location for some rest and relaxation. There is a deck with a nice view of Trout Lake, the dock is a concrete wharf, which is perfect for sun bathing.

Trout Lake, which is located in North Bay, has excellent fishing, swimming and boating. Throughout North Bay, there are many things for you to enjoy. There are many golf courses, the Chief Commanda Cruise, as well as numerous events, such as the annual North Bay Heritage Festival.

Waterfront:  210-foot water frontage on Trout Lake. The lake has sand as well as rock bottom.
