This cottage is 35 minutes to Casino Rama, 1 hour to Canada's Wonderland, 20 minutes to local summer theaters, restaurants and antique shops.  
There is a sandy public beach within 2 minutes' walking distance, and a private 
sandy beach within one minute's walking distance.

A four-season country cottage located on the Pefferlaw River in 
Pefferlaw at the mouth of Lake Simcoe, with direct lake access.  Great ice fishing. 
Excellent year-round perch, bass, and lake trout fishing.  

Waterfront:  Riverfront, no sandy beach.
Ski Access:  Weather permitting, excellent downhill skiing  45 minutes away. 
Cross-country skiing on river and lake.
