This is a cozy cottage that faces west on Lake Bernard. It is located approximately three miles from the village of Sundridge. There is a sandy beach, and the water is shallow for 100' in front. There is a four-piece pine bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen has an air-tight wood stove in it. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the front room. From the front room there is a walk-out to a deck, lawn with picnic table, a hammock and fire pit at the shore edge. Please bring your own linens and towels. Large smoking area outside. Pets are okay.

This cottage has been recently upgraded, and is cute and clean. It is very lovely and warm in the fall.

Waterfront:  Right on the lake - Thirty feet from the water. Sandy beach.
