This beautiful and immaculate Viceroy-style cottage is located on pristine Lake Miskwabi, 20 minutes from Haliburton Village. The attractive open-concept living/dining area has a panoramic west-facing view of the lake and sunsets. The living room has a couch, love-seat, chairs and a large dining room table that seats six.
Watch the sparkling water from one of three decks. There is a 100 feet of waterfront with a dock and ladder for swimming and boating. Go for a walk through the nearby woods or bicycle on the road lined with towering old forest maples and evergreens. Haliburton has opportunities to enjoy theatre, gold, tennis, art-shows; or attend a class at the Haliburton School of Fine Arts (Sir Sandford Flemming).
The Haliburton Forest and Wolf Reserve are within driving distance and makes a great outing. Enjoy fine dining at one of several fine resorts in the vicinity or enjoy simple dining at one of the many restuarants in town. There are many other summer attractions to enjoy; check out the Haliburton and vicinity website or use the many brochures at the cottage to explore things to see and do in the area.
Pick up some bait in town and fish off the dock for bass, trout or other varieties in the lake. Pick out a board game, or read a book from the cottage library. Swim, boat, watch the sunset and relax. Lake Miskwabi is a relatively quiet lake.
This cottage is great for adults of families with children six years and up. It comfortably sleeps up to six people and each bedroom has a double or queen sized bed. This well-maintained and groomed cottage is available for rental by the week only. Contact owner for more details. No pets. No smoking.
The cottage is winterized and has baseboard and wood stove
heating. The cottage is accessed on a well-maintained township
road. There is more than adequate parking at the cottage.
